Integris Builds was founded by a team with 40+ years of combined experience across commercial construction, private equity, program management, and operations leadership — including the ground-up scaling of multiple multi-million-dollar companies. We started Integris because too many owners were getting a polished pitch from senior leadership — and then a junior team on the job.
Our model is simple: the project executive who wins the work stays on the work. We self-perform envelope and rough trades where it protects schedule and quality. And we report cost, schedule, and risk weekly — on every project, no matter the size.
