This Privacy Policy explains what information Integris Builds collects through integriscommercial.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to respond to inquiries and proposal requests, qualify trade partners, run the business, and keep the Site working.

Information you give us. When you submit a project inquiry, request a proposal, apply as a subcontractor, email us, or otherwise reach out, we may collect your name, company, job title, email address, phone number, project location, project type, scope, budget range, schedule, any plans or documents you attach, and anything else you choose to include.
For subcontractors and trade partners, we may also collect business name, trades, service area, license numbers, bonding and insurance information, insurance certificates, references, and W-9 information for vendor qualification and payment.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider may automatically collect your IP address and approximate location, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and the date and time of access. This is used to keep the Site secure and working.
Cookies. The Site uses a small number of cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may not work properly if you do.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
When you provide a phone number through the Site, you authorize Integris to contact you about your inquiry, project, or bid by phone call or text message (SMS). Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Messages about an active project or contract may continue.
We share information only with vendors that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do their job. These include:
If Integris is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We may advertise on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google. When you submit a lead form in one of our ads, that platform sends us the information you entered, such as your name, company, phone number, email address, and project details. We use it only to contact you about your request and store it in Integris Connect. We do not sell it or share it with other advertisers.
Deleting your data. To have information you sent us through an ad or the Site deleted, email commercial@integrisbuilds.com with the subject line "Delete My Data" and include the name and phone number or email you used. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email, except for records we must keep for legal, tax, warranty, or insurance reasons.
We keep information only as long as we need it. Inquiries and bids that do not lead to a project are typically retained for up to 24 months. Project records (contracts, pay applications, invoices, plans, photos, lien and warranty documentation) are retained for the duration of the project plus the period required by Texas law, our insurers and sureties, and tax authorities — generally at least seven years after project completion.

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you become aware of a security issue, please contact us immediately.
The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, bid platforms or supplier sites). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
Integris is a Texas business. We follow the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act where it applies to us, and we honor the access, correction, and deletion requests described in Section 8 regardless of where you live. We do not sell personal information or sensitive data.
